Gabe brings over 20 years of experience residential, commercial, and municipal engineering to the team. He is responsible for managing all aspects of our residential and commercial developments including platting, design, budgets, and construction management. Gabe works very closely with local municipalities, consultants, and contractors to ensure our projects are successful.
Previously, he was with the City of Spokane Valley as the Development Services Manager. As the direct supervisor for the Planning and Development Engineering Divisions he was responsible for overseeing all commercial and residential land development applications within the City and was committed to providing excellent customer service.
Gabe holds a professional engineering license in Washington and Idaho and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Washington State University.
Gabe and his wife Tami have three active children and enjoy spending time outdoors and at the kids sporting events.
