President of the Kootenai County Land Co, Melissa brings over a decade of real estate experience to the team. Her key areas of expertise are in land acquisition, land development, product design and marketing of residential communities. Melissa seeks out and then partners with world-class consultants to build stand out communities. In addition, Melissa project manages large, high value residential projects across the Region. The most recent projects are in the Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana.
Previously, Melissa spearheaded the start-up of Architerra Homes, a home building company based out of Coeur d’Alene, ID and served as Architerra’sPresident. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Cum Laude, from Arizona State University. Melissa, her husband Keith and two children enjoy all the outdoor adventures the northwest region has to offer.
