Partner, Lakeside Capital Group
Melissa Wells has over a decade of real estate experience. Her key areas of expertise are in land acquisition, land development, product design and marketing of residential communities. A Partner on the Lakeside Capital Group team, Melissa is also President of the Kootenai County Land Company. The company evaluates and partners with world-class consultants to build stand out communities. Additionally, Wells manages large, high value residential projects across the Region. The most recent projects are in the Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana.
Melissa also assists with operational oversight of the Lakeside Capital Group parent company, including the creation of company policies, real estate contract negotiations and team recruitment. Previously, Melissa spearheaded the start-up of Architerra Homes, a home building company based out of Coeur d’Alene, ID, and served as the company’s President.
Wells earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Cum Laude, from Arizona State University.
