A new Post Falls neighborhood at the corner of Cecil and Poleline, The Post gathers a compact collection of attached homes around a central green with a shaded gathering lawn, play area, and picnic terrace, and walks that connect every front door to the park.
Homes are by Architerra Homes. Land development and home construction are in progress; home sites have not yet been released for sale. The conceptual plan below reflects the current design direction and is subject to change.

Attached homes line Cecil Road and Poleline Avenue and frame a central park with a shade structure, play area, picnic tables, and benches. Street trees, bollard lighting, and five-foot walks tie the blocks together.
