Support for the proposed annexation, presented to the Planning Commission.
The proposed annexation of Coeur Terre continued through the City's review process this fall, with the project team presenting to the Planning Commission on behalf of the community.
The presentation walked through the master plan's core commitments — walkable connectivity, plentiful green space, and a genuine variety of housing types — and how integrated infrastructure supports each of them.
Coeur Terre is designed to be phased responsibly over a 20–30 year horizon, so that roads, parks, and services grow in step with the neighborhoods they serve. We're grateful for the thoughtful questions from commissioners and neighbors alike.
