Community Feedback for Coeur Terre
The summary of notes from the Coeur Terre focus group is now available — with our responses.

The summary of notes from the Coeur Terre focus group is now available. We believe that open communication is essential to ensuring that the community remains informed and engaged in the planning process.
We hope this summary provides valuable insight into the discussions that took place. During the meeting, we received feedback on a range of topics — and we've grouped the most common themes below, along with how each is shaping the master plan as it moves forward.
Traffic & connectivity
Neighbors asked how Coeur Terre will connect to existing roads and how new trips will be managed. The plan prioritizes walkable, interconnected streets and multiple points of access, so that trips are distributed rather than funneled through any single corridor.
Parks & open space
Green space was a recurring priority — and it is central to the plan. Parks, trails, and open space are woven through every neighborhood, keeping the outdoors within a short walk of home.
Housing variety & phasing
Residents were interested in the mix of housing and the pace of construction. Coeur Terre is designed to offer a diversity of home types and to be built in responsible phases over a 20–30 year horizon, so infrastructure grows in step with the community.
We believe open communication is essential to keeping the community informed and engaged in the planning process.
