Coeur Terre — A Master-Planned Community
A 1,050-acre community between Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene — decades in the making.

Our Coeur Terre Master Planned Community has been submitted to the City of Coeur d'Alene for annexation — a milestone years in the making, and the start of a 20–30 year build-out.
Acquired in 2019, Coeur Terre spans roughly 1,050 acres between Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene. It is the flagship of Kootenai County Land Co. — conceived not as a subdivision, but as a complete community designed to grow thoughtfully over decades.
Coeur Terre will offer a cohesive and diverse development with walkable connectivity, plentiful green spaces, and a variety of housing types. The plan weaves parks, trails, and open space through every neighborhood, keeping the outdoor Pacific Northwest lifestyle within a short walk of home.
Thoughtfully planned and timeless designs, which create long-term value for the people who live here every day.

Built around livability
The goals for Coeur Terre are simple to name and hard to do well: livability, walkability, variety, convenient location, and integrated infrastructure. Together they describe a place where day-to-day life is easy — where a school, a park, and a coffee shop are all within reach on foot or by bike.
As planning continues, we remain committed to open communication with our neighbors and the City. Coeur Terre is being built for the people of North Idaho, and their input is shaping it at every stage.
